How do I create a RunSafe account?

The sign-up process is very simple and can be done in a few simple steps:

1. Create a RunSafe account by fill out your basic user information (name, age, username, valid email, and password)

2. After creating your account, you will receive a welcome email with your user information. The e-mail will also include a link to the RunSafe website where you can access your new RunSafe profile, enter your goals, and register for an assessment.(Top)

 

How do I schedule a RunSafe assessment?

To schedule an Assessment, please log in to your RunSafe account.  From your dashboard page, click "Register for an Assessemnt" and complete your information for the assessment.  Afterwards, you will be notified via e-mail once new assessment dates are available.  You will have the opportunity to sign-up for a RunSafe assessment that best suits your schedule.(Top)

 

When are the assessments?

Assessments typically occur on weekday evenings. Please note that the actual dates and times do vary based upon which RunSafe Center you are assessed at, so please sign-up as soon as possible so you can be notified about open dates and times!(Top)

 

How much does the assessment cost?

The RunSafe assessment costs $299.00 MSRP. The price may vary based on the Center and special promotions.(Top) 

 

What should I bring to the assessment?

Please wear DARK form-fitting running clothing (i.e. t-shirt, shorts or running tights) and bring any running footwear you use (including older shoes and orthotics) for evaluation.(Top)

 

What if I'm not comfortable running on a treadmill?

All runners warm-up for 2-3 minutes. For those runners who are uncomfortable running on a treadmill, we extend the warm-up period to let you gradually adjust to the treadmill. Once you have become familiar with the treadmill, we will have you increase the speed to a self-selected pace that you feel comfortable maintaining for around 8-10 minutes.(Top)

How can I cancel an assessment?

If you wish to cancel your RunSafe Assessment session, please the contact your RunSafe Center.(Top)

 

What is the cancellation policy?

-If you cancel your appointment 7 days (or more) prior to your clinic, your fee for RunSafe will be fully reimbursed.

-If you cancel your appointment within 7 days of your clinic, you will be reimbursed 50% of the fee.

-If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your clinic, then there will be NO reimbursement for the fee.

Please note that it is up to your desired RunSafe Center to create the reimbursement.(Top)
